The Allotment Co-ordinator will be delivering contracts and rent notices this month.  All plot holders will be invited to attend the Village Hall to pay their rent and return their signed contracts prior to the Parish Council meeting on Tuesday 2 April 2013 ( you will be more than welcome to stay and attend the meeting).  Mr John Middleton will be available from 7pm.  Should you not be able to attend can you please ensure that the correct rent and signed contract are returned to Mr John Middleton, Turners House, Turners Farm Close, Hannington prior to 2 April.
