At the April Parish Council meeting, a question was raised concerning the provision of dog bins within the village.  DDC once a request has been made need to monitor the locations to establish a need – no need the request will be denied, bins installed without consultation will not be emptied and is also dependent on resources being available.  However Mr Ian Collins (Education & Welfare Officer) has stated via e-mail

 

“There is nothing to stop normal litter bins being used for the purposes of disposing lawfully of dog waste”.
