On the 10 November, Northampton Rural Housing Association gave a presentation to the Parish Council. This outlined a draft layout for 6 Affordable Homes on a parcel of land owned by Mr and Mrs H Clarke, opposite the bus shelter in Walgrave Road. The Parish Councils’ observations to the draft scheme will now be taken forward to a Public Consultation Day arranged by Northampton Rural Housing Association at which the whole village will have an opportunity to express their views on the scheme. The outcome of the Public Consultation Day together with the observations made by the Parish Council will be discussed further, and a decision made by the Parish Council as to whether a formal planning should be made to Daventry District Council.
