At its February meeting the Parish Council gave its support to the above scheme subject a number of conditions being approved as part of the planning process.
Unfortunately due to a technical error in part of the section 106 agreement the planning application had to be withdrawn from the March DDC planning meeting. The technical error has now been corrected and the planning application will now be heard at the planning meeting to be held on the 21stApril.
However the Planning Officers report accompanying the planning application has not taken into account any of the conditions outlined by the Parish Council and furthermore recommends approval.
The Parish Council discussed the implications of the Planning Officers report at their meeting on the 7 April and withdrew its support to the Affordable Housing Scheme.
